Rhu and Shandon Community centre was recently given the Keystone Award!
Keystone is a quality award scheme for people who run village halls and community buildings.
Completing the Keystone Award means we have undertaken a process to ensure our community facility is run to a high standard and that we meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
The scheme is managed by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and we were supported through the process by Argyll and Bute Council.
Many thanks to Audrey Baird for mentoring us through the process and to Helen Fraser our Secretary, whose hard work and diligence ensured our success in achieving the award.
