From 1st April 2016 the cost of the Main Hall lets is as follows:
Non-business £9 per hours
Business £14 per hour
Children’s Party £50
Adult Party £75
New Year’s Eve Party £100
For parties there will also be a cleaning deposit of £25 for children’s parties and £50 for Adult parties for hall cleaning – see conditions of let.
Archie McColl Room or McCann Room £7 per hour
(business use) £9 per hour
Use of kitchen £5 per session
Use of sound system £10 per session
Use of projector £10

Single-use bookings must be paid for in advance. Party bookings are for four hours but additional hours can be paid for. The 4 hour period is to cover set-up, party and cleaning.
Any cancellation must be at least one full week before the event to ensure a refund.
Once your completed booking form, payment and cleaning deposit have been received, confirmation of the Let will be sent by e-mail and arrangements for access to the room(s) you have hired will be made.
You can pay online by BACS Transfer (Preferred Method) to Rhu and Shandon Community Centre Management Advisory Committee. Sort code 80.08.31. Ac no 00783911. Please include the bank details of the account you wish your deposit to go back to, and please put your surname as Reference to your payment.
Alternatively please make cheques payable to Rhu and Shandon Community Centre. It is helpful if you make a separate cheque for deposit, and if you don’t postdate cheques. Postal address is Rhu & Shandon Community Centre, Hall Road, Rhu G84 8RR.
